π¬ Tuna Tartare π Ingredients:
π1lb sushi-grade Tuna, cut into small chunks
π2 limes, zest and juice
π1 teaspoon wasabi
π1 teaspoon soy sauce
π1 teaspoon sriracha
πa pinch of salt
πa pinch of black pepper
π2 jalapeΓ±os, seeded and diced small
π1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
π2 scallions, thinly sliced (optional)
π1/2 an avocado, diced small
πππCombine all ingredients in a bowl, mixing carefully not to bruise the tuna or avocado—leave to marinate in the fridge at least one hour
**Serve with added sliced avocado and garnish with cilantro — this may be eaten with or without chips
